cataract:
Is cloudly cyrstalline lens then cannot see clear. Most causes are lens degeneration by aging and other causes are trauma, uncontrol diabetic mellitus etc.
Treatment : depend on severity of cloudy lens and patient activity. The finalize treatment is cloudy lens removal and replace IOL inside instead. Now technology can remove cataract by phacoemulsify technic passes small incision 2.2 mm with foldable IOL. |

Is optic neuropathy. Reduce RNFL(retinal nerve fiber layer) faster than age . Risk factor are high intraocular pressure, family history of glaucoma and elderly etc. early symptom is disappear until more severe are constrict visual field and eye pain and advanced glaucoma is untreatable blindness. Early detection and early treatment are important. Recommend check-up your high risk eye and should continue follow-up in glaucoma patient.

Is retinopthy from diabetic mellitus. Cause are ischemic retina and develop neovascular vessels on retina. They are maybe bleeding inside the eye or leakage under retina all affect to vision. Should retina examination before bleeding If DR appear should PRP( panretinal photocoagulation) for terminate neovascular vessels
