How to care for your ears?
- The best way to clean your ears is to gently rub your pinna and outer ear canal with a moist towel as deep as your fingertip. Do not worry about earwax because there is a naturally self -cleaning system of ear canal. Never put anything into your ears, including cotton buds.
- When showering or hair washing, use a piece of vaseline-coated cotton ball to prevent an infection from moist ear.
- Do not blow your nose too hard when you catch a cold. The pressure from the upper airway may injure your ear unintentionally.
- Protect your ear from loud-noise environment that may cause irreversible hearing loss with ear muff or plug.
